Journeyman/ Woman CNC/ Manual Machinist
- Journeyman certificate.
- Will consider applicants without Journeyman Certificate but must 4 plus years experience..
- Strong skill set in CNC, Milling and Turning
- Interpret blueprints and input parameters into CNC Programs
- Competent with Fagor, Fanuc,Hass and Gibbs Cam
- Experience with manual: Lathe, milling machine, drilling, as well as a strong aptitude in general Machining practices.
- Applicant will be required to use overhead cranes 5 Ton / 10 Ton
- Inspection of machined components in accordance with customer specification.
- Valid Drivers License
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that safe-working procedures, good housekeeping practices and all company policies are always adhered to.
- Prepare and setup machine systems for daily operation
- Determine tooling, tool-paths, setup methods and fixtures to produce parts in most efficient manner
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machines as required
- Be accountable for final product quality
